Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds/exchanges will be issued.

However, if an item is missing or incorrect, please contact us at hello@onyxnailpro.ca with your name, order number, pictures of your received package, and a brief description of the issue at hand. We will gladly look into the situation and correct any of our mistakes.


Damaged Packages

We take great care in packaging our products and are not responsible for any damage caused during shipping. Please inspect your package upon reception and contact us immediately if any of your products arrived damaged. We will help you contact the shipping company to rectify the situation.
