Subscription Policies
• All boxes renew on the 5th of the month and will ship on (or around) the 15th of each month.
• Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel the monthly subscription at any time. For the 3 and 6 month plans, you will be able cancel any time after you’ve reach the required number of payments.
• The 3 and 6 month plans renew into a monthly plan and will remain at the discounted price until the subscription is canceled.
• Shipping is FREE on all subscriptions. No tracking information will be given.
• Regular items purchased at the same time as a subscription product will be shipped separately. Standard shipping rates will apply.

Where are your products made?
We are located in Fort McMurray, Alberta 🇨🇦 and make all of our products by hand.
How long will take to receive my order?
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days and are shipped with Canada Post. Once your order leaves our store it typically take 3-10 business days to be delivered within Canada and the US.
